Fenton's 1999 Christmas Selection - Last months "What's New" page featured Fenton's Connoisseur collection along with the Catalog and Showcase Dealer exclusives. I thought it would be a good time this month to feature what Fenton has available for the 1999 Christmas season, a "Christmas in July" special :) Since the Christmas supplement is 8 pages in length, I won't be able to list every item as I did with the Connoisseur Collection. Instead I have provided a link to a separate page where you can view and/or save every page in the supplement, and highlight some of the Christmas selection below.
Angels
are a popular Christmas theme with Fenton, and they have provided a couple of
nice items they call "Angels Aglow", a 5144 PU Angel Girl Bell and
5542 PU Radiant Angel. The hand painting designed by Martha Reynolds is done
in 22k gold.
Fenton
changed their 1999 Christmas Ornament (5242 WU) somewhat. Instead of being all
glass, they have surrounded the Martha Reynolds designed piece with a lovely
gold frame. The hand painting is of an Angel gazing at a Christmas star.
Of
course, it wouldn't be a Fenton Christmas without a wide variety of holiday
Eggs, Fairy Lamps, and Bells. The "Iced Pinecones" on Gold series,
designed by Kim Paluche', is one of three sets introduced in 99. The others
being "Poinsettias" on Ruby designed by Robin Spindler, and "Jolly
Snowman" on Cobalt designed by Martha Reynolds.
