Fenton's 2000 Catalog - Fenton has just released their 2000 catalog and it is a nice one. The cover features Fenton's new Willow Green Opalescent line. As you scan through the catalog, the first thing that stimulates the optic nerve is a beautiful display of their Lotus Mist Burmese, taken in the home of Bill and Elinor Fenton. There were several photographs taken of Fenton glass in the homes of Fenton family members, as well as pictures of some recent additions to the ever growing family :)

Family Signature Collection - Each year Fenton has a select group of items for their Family Signature series, usually to complement the best in their new colors or glass treatments for the year. The 5 items this year, from left to right in the picture, are the 1533 OS Lavender Lady on Violet Overlay 11" Hex Basket (Tom and Scott Fenton), 3089 RG Provincial Floral on Cranberry 7" Hat Basket (Bill Fenton), 1693 GX Butterfly Garden on Gold 8-1/2" Vase (Nancy Fenton), 3241 KY Butterfly Garden on Cobalt 5-1/2" pitcher (Don Fenton), and the 5309 GC Angel's Blush on Willow Green 6" perfume bottle (Lynn Fenton Erb).



Historic Collection - This years Historic Collection is the Willow Green Opalescent line and is based on the Florentine Green Stretch from the early 1920's. This time they have added opalescence to the glass and decorated it with a lovely Angels Blush floral designed by Kim Plauché. We were introduced to some items in Willow Green from the last QVC show, a 3-PC Hobnail Fairy lamp (C98411), and the Rose Basket (C98426).
