Each page is approximately
775 x 1020, give or take a few pixels. That makes it large enough to
get a decent full page printout on 8-1/2 x 11 paper. For a test, I
used standard paper on my Epson printer and was able to get some very
nice pages. High quality paper should do even better. The downside
to the page size is the download time. Expect at least one minute for
each page depending
on the speed of your modem and our two connections.
Some of the notable items in this catalog:
Introduced in the January 1970 supplement, Burmese was already a big hit and
was featured on the front
cover. "Roses on Burmese" was first introduced, and the last time
that the Maple Leaf decoration would appear as it was discontinued by the time
the 1973 catalog came out. Another pattern you don't see very often, and one
that also
disappeared by 1973, is "Bluebells" on Hobnail. Blue Marble was another short
lived line, but Fenton's "Violets in the Snow" was still going strong. |
