May 24th QVC Fenton Show - The
next QVC show is scheduled for May 24th with George Fenton as the special

June 21st & 22nd 2002 PNWFA Annual Convention
- The Pacific Northwest Fenton Association
will hold it's annual convention in Springfield, Oregon at the DoubleTree
Hotel. Featured Speakers will be Tara Coe-McRitchie (author of the book
"Fenton Glass Cats and Dogs") and Scott Fenton. Several seminars
will also be presented including "Fairy Lights" by Joanne
Nehler, "Jade Glass" by Jean Word, and "The Fun of Collecting"
by Dan and Delene Haake. Approximately 20 table displays of various
kinds will present Fenton Glass from 1905 to the present. There will
also be two auctions, a glass identification session, and glass for
sale in many of the rooms. For more information, visit the official

August 3rd, 4th, 5th 2002 NFGS Annual Conventon - The National Fenton Glass Society invites you to their annual convention to be held at the Comfort Inn in Marietta, Ohio. Special rates are available for NFGS members. Phone 740-374-8190 for reservations and mention that you are a club member for the rates. Some of the highlights include many interesting & educational seminars focusing on the making of Fenton Glass and the Fenton family. There is Glass ID and time to view the glass displays set up by members. Sunday evening is spent aboard the Valley Gem Sternwheeler where we enjoy a buffet style dinner, an auction, great scenery and fellowship. There is a special factory tour and a banquet. August 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th 2002 FAGCA Annual
Convention - The Fenton Art Glass Collectors
of America invite you to their annual convention in Pakersburg, WV.
at the Holiday Inn. Call for reservations at 304-485-6200 and special
rates are available for club members. The activities include glass displays,
bingo, ice cream social, Glass ID, an auction, special factory tour,
sample room, educational seminars, banquet and special auction. The
FAGCA has special glass made which is available only to club members.

September 26th - 28th 2002 Mid America Fenton
Gala - The Fenton Finders of Greater Kansas
City invite you to their 3rd Annual convention to be held at the Embassy
Suites in Kansas City, MO. Special rates are available (ask for the
Gala rate) and you can make your reservations by calling 816-891-7788
during the weekdays. Highlights include the "First Twenty-Five
Years of Fenton" glass display, individual displays, room sales,
seminars, and guest speakers including Howard Seufer, Ron Dick, and
Pam Dick. The special Gala sourenir is a 3 piece Burmese Candlelight
