It would be 10 years later that Mary would release another set of Burmese exclusives, as a final tribute to her supporting family, friends, and collectors as she entered retirement. Titled her "Farewell" Burmese collection, the items were similar in decoration to her original "Love Bouquet" design, but also were fully decorated on the front and back, had double roses, more rose buds, and overall was a more intricate design. This set of 3 pieces was originally offered as only 150 complete sets. Although her first two offerings had the WQ decorator ware designation, for some reason Fenton did not include ware numbers for this set. So it is with Mary's wish and permission that the following numbers be used:

2932WQ 8" Basket
    5165WQ Cat figurine
  2729WQ 10" Pitcher

As you can see from the larger picture, this has to be one of the finest sets of Burmese released by Fenton for the discriminating collector. Mary was very picky about the Burmese she acquired for her exclusives, and this set was no exception. The Burmese blush on the Kitty is superb, and one of the reasons I have made it the mascot for the Fenton Fanatics main page. Each piece is individually numbered, with the text "Love Bouquet - Produced exclusively for Mary C. Walrath - 1996" and bears her signature.
